Olivia is currently a PGY-2 with the Anesthesia program where she was born and raised. Outside of work, she has enjoyed teaching dance and playing football. Other hobbies include baking, downhill skiing and crocheting/knitting!

She does this with a warmth and cheerfulness that meaningfully improves the clinical work and makes demanding days more manageable for those around her."

"On a personal level, I recently found myself in a situation where I needed coverage for part of a shift on very short notice. Despite having other commitments and competing demands on her time, Olivia volunteered to help without hesitation. This moment reflects her strong sense of Professionalism and Collegiality; she prioritizes the well-being of colleagues and the functioning of the team, even when it is inconvenient. She’s done this for as long as I’ve known Liv; it’s representative of a consistent pattern rather than an isolated gesture."

"Beyond the hospital, Olivia embodies the Leader and Health Advocate roles through her engagement with the broader community. She is an avid dancer and recently placed first in Saskatoon’s Swinging with the Stars, fundraising over $34,000 for the Saskatchewan Health Care Foundation. She also participates in multiple team sports and runs a crochet business on the side. These pursuits reflect leadership, teamwork, initiative, and community engagement—qualities that translate into her clinical work and contributions to the residency program."
