Provincial Housestaff Organizations represent the resident doctors of each respective province. Resident Doctors of Saskatchewan is the PHO for Saskatchewan. Our members are in turn members of the national organization known as Resident Doctors of Canada (RDoC).
Through our membership with RDoC, we work with other residents organizations across Canada to advocate for the best possible medical education experience for all of Canada’s 10,000 resident doctors (outside Quebec). By championing healthier, more sustainable ways to learn and work — and driving meaningful, system-wide change we are advancing the culture of medicine in Canada.
