When a resident doctor is required to move from one location to another for training provided through the College of Medicine, they will receive 36 consecutive hours paid leave to move.

Moving leave is not considered time available for call and should be subtracted from the total number of days available when calculating call maximums.

13.7 Moving Leave

Article 13.7

Residents shall be entitled to a minimum of thirty-six (36) consecutive hours leave immediately prior to the commencement of a training program or elective which requires a move from one (1) location to another.
